ICP International is a minority-owned small business. While we are primarily a Lean Six Sigma consulting firm, we have expertise in a range of areas as demonstrated here. Our team includes the former leaders of PwC's LSS and Organizational Transformation practice. Dick Smith and Jerry Blakeslee are authors of "Strategic Six Sigma - Best Practices From The Executive Suite".
Our scope of services encompasses all aspects of Lean Six Sigma implementation and training. This includes, but is not limited to, consulting, training, curriculum design and customization, certification up to the Master Black Belt level, and program management. We also work with clients to design new technology in support of redesigned processes, providing full life cycle implementation services.
We also have specialized expertise in Voice of the Customer (VOC) studies and research. We design, structure, and facilitate focus groups to test key customer satisfaction and loyalty drivers. We then validate these drivers through statistically valid surveys to elicit vital information on loyalty drivers, perceptions, and competitive comparisons. The clarity and insights our clients gain from these studies informs their strategy and execution priorities.
