ICP Associates were engaged by a bulge bracket international investment bank to provide Six Sigma coaching to the Senior VP for Six Sigma. Our associates worked closely with this individual to provide strategic guidance for the deployment and suggest practical interventions to accelerate benefits capture. ICP Associates were also deeply involved at the operational level, assisting Black Belts with Six Sigma project execution. Our associates added significant value in several areas of key strategic importance to the bank, namely regional lending to small and mid-sized institutions, and improving customer retention in the poorly served banking zones. The client's delight with ICP led to several extensions of an initial engagement that was scheduled to last three months.

Multinational Heavy Manufacturer

ICP Associates have also been working closely with a Dow 30 manufacturer in the global deployment of Six Sigma. ICP has supported the rollout at the leadership and operating levels, starting with Six Sigma Executive Deployment workshops, and continuing with formation of the company's Black Belts. The formation of Black Belts has included formal instruction in the suite of Six Sigma tools and techniques (DMAIC), as well as aggressive project coaching to drive quick benefits capture. Our support, much of which has been provided in Spanish, has resulted in some $1.5 million in savings in the first year of the rollout.

Diversified Defense & Systems Multinational

ICP Associates supported this company in the formation of its cadre of Business Process Excellence candidates. ICP provided formal instruction in the DMAIC methodology to Black Belts and Green Belts, and provided formal coaching to emerging Master Black Belt candidates.

Mutual Fund Company

ICP Associates worked with this mutual fund company, one of the largest in the United States with assets under management in excess of $200 billion, in deployment of its Business Excellence program. Our support centered on leadership development and formal instruction of Executive Green Belts.
